Executive Summary:
Pass it Forward and Become Involved in the
#InclusionRevolution
Champions Together is present in 26 different high schools across Indiana but wishes to expand to the other potential 306 high schools. Specifically, Champions Together would like to gain more student involvement to help expand their program. The program is led by student athletes, but wishes to expand to include more of the other half of the student body. This recommendation report will help Champions Together expand its social media platform to reach teens across a variety of sites.

Within this report is a review of the literature we observed to be important to challenge, an analysis of the problem, and the strategies we used to gather data, as well as a few tangible propositions to begin progressing towards Champions Together goal of expanding student involvement.
Key Findings:

75% survey participants believe Champions Together does not have a large enough social media presence.

95% of teens have access to a smartphone

45% say they are online ‘almost constantly’

81% of the population uses social media

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are the most used by teens

Advertisements across social media accounts should be attractive and engaging

These key findings demonstrate that social media is the key to reach and connect to high school students. Champions Together should expand their current social media platforms to become more attractive to their audience.
